17 Feb 2024: In its commitment to enhancing the capabilities of its workforce and ensuring they possess the essential skills for optimal job performance, and in line with its dedication to fostering small and medium enterprises, a memorandum of understanding has been established between OARC and Dr. Talal Al-Rawahi’s Institute for Consulting and Training. The primary objective of this memorandum is to facilitate joint cooperation between the two entities, focusing on elevating the skills and competencies of OARC employees and developing the employees’ ability to adapt to industry changes.
