OARC honors its discipline champions

OARC recently organized a ceremony for“ Discipline Champions Award 2019” to honor more than 110 of its employees for having no emergency or sick leave during the past 12 months. The ceremony was held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sohar. This commemoration is part of the OARC program to honor and recognize employees who provide individual efforts and contribute to successfully achieve company’s vision. Expressing his gratitude and appreciation for the honorees for their sincere dedication and collective efforts towards achieving the OARC’s set targets, The managing Director stated, “We are pleased to see such a large numbrer of our employees who are contributing in achieving of the company’s goals and mission. I would like to thank you all for your constant endeavor to be a role model in discipline and invite you to continue to do your best for the future of this company”. He added that “we believe that such initiatives is a key drive for the rest of the employees to achieve such distinction. We assure you that the OARC management will continue to do such initiatives not only at the level of attendance but also on various aspects of commitment, cooperation and teamwork for the good of the company & employee.
