OARC Participates in the Aluminium Recycling Forum

14 Feb 2024: OARC took part in the aluminum recycling forum organized by Sohar Aluminium. The forum, sponsored by His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Ali Al Amri, Chairman of the Environment Authority, witnessed the presence of numerous aluminium companies in the Sultanate, alongside representatives from the Environment Authority and relevant specialized authorities.

OARC’s Operation Manager in his presentation, highlighted the factors contributing to the decline in the use of recyclable aluminium in the GCC countries. He underscored the crucial importance of increasing this percentage in the coming years, emphasizing the environmental and sustainable benefits of aluminium recycling.

The presence of OARC at this significant industry event reflects its commitment to advancing sustainable practices and contributing to the collective efforts to promote aluminium recycling within the region.
